Any compatibility guidance we provide is based on the information supplied by you and does not replace professional inspection of the vehicle or original remote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-71c5f993\">Unless we expressly guarantee compatibility in writing after reviewing complete and accurate information, the final responsibility for confirming compatibility remains with the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cdc2efc9\">An item is not considered defective merely because it is incompatible with a vehicle where the product matches the ordered specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f3a67686\">7. Product Types and Contents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a830aeac\">Customers must carefully review whether a product is sold as a complete remote control, remote shell, circuit board, chip, key blade, replacement case, or another component.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-d7c2dcbe\">7.1 Remote Shells and Housings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-35465efc\">A remote shell or housing normally does not include internal electronics, a transponder chip, a programmed circuit board, or a battery unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8893111f\">A customer purchasing a shell may need to transfer components from an existing remote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-9239a061\">7.2 Complete Remote Controls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-285a6da2\">A product described as a complete remote may still require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Key-blade cutting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicle programming;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immobilizer programming;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote synchronization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transponder coding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battery installation or activation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-497eb062\">\u201cComplete\u201d does not mean that the remote is pre-programmed to your vehicle unless expressly stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-0b7d8e4f\">7.3 Key Blades<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b9835dbb\">Key blades may be supplied uncut. Cutting services are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-aaa68f9e\">A key blade that has been cut, ground, engraved, modified, or fitted to a specific vehicle may no longer be eligible for return, except where the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-6200e3fe\">7.4 Batteries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6b5aea97\">Batteries may or may not be included, depending on the product listing and transportation requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0e0cad82\">Battery life depends on storage conditions, usage, temperature, transmission frequency, and other factors. An included battery may be intended primarily for testing and may require replacement after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-d2796e5b\">7.5 Aftermarket and Genuine Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2f50973e\">Unless a product listing expressly identifies a product as genuine original-equipment-manufacturer merchandise, the product should be understood as an aftermarket or compatible replacement product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e6ebd808\">References to vehicle manufacturers, trademarks, model names, part numbers, or original products are generally used for compatibility and identification purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f47468c7\">8. Lawful Use and Vehicle Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e39ec9b9\">Automotive remote controls and related components must only be used for lawful purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f7fd84a1\">By purchasing or using our products, you represent that you are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The lawful owner of the applicable vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authorized by the lawful owner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A legitimate locksmith, repair business, distributor, dealer, fleet operator, or professional service provider;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otherwise legally entitled to possess, program, install, resell, or use the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-dd5994d2\">You may not use our products or information to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gain unauthorized access to a vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate vehicle theft;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bypass a security system without authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clone or duplicate a vehicle credential unlawfully;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamper with another person\u2019s vehicle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defeat an immobilizer or alarm system unlawfully;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commit fraud or any other criminal act;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violate telecommunications, radio-frequency, import, export, or vehicle-security laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-38cdc61d\">We may request reasonable information to verify a transaction where there are legitimate security, fraud-prevention, export-control, or legal concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c7798c7b\">We may reject or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect unlawful use. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-cb696e71\">9. Wholesale, Customized, OEM, and Private-Label Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-55888466\">Additional conditions apply to wholesale, customized, OEM, ODM, private-label, tooling, and mold-development orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-ac142f65\">12.1 Specifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8777fd7f\">The customer is responsible for confirming all specifications, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frequency;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circuit-board requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chip type;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Button layout;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Housing material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surface finish;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Printing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labeling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimensions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-211a13b9\">Production will be based on the final specifications, drawings, samples, or documents approved by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-46a3b8c4\">12.2 Sample Approval<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4bc588b6\">Where a pre-production sample is supplied, the customer must inspect and approve the sample before mass production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7393592d\">Approval may be provided by email, signed document, payment authorization, messaging platform, or another written method accepted by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6a4151e6\">The approved sample or specification becomes the primary reference for mass production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fd0ea8e8\">Minor differences caused by normal manufacturing processes are not defects where they fall within agreed or commercially reasonable tolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-e3c92b11\">12.3 Customer Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c634ac5a\">Any requested change after approval may result in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New tooling costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material replacement costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revised minimum-order quantities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production delays;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revised delivery schedules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional sample-approval requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0b569ce0\">Changes are effective only after we accept them in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-733880b1\">12.4 Tooling and Molds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-aba671b0\">Ownership, storage, maintenance, exclusivity, and permitted use of molds or tooling shall be determined by the applicable quotation or written agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9c9d995b\">Payment of a mold, development, or tooling fee does not automatically transfer ownership of the physical mold or tooling unless the quotation or written agreement expressly states that ownership is transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-94b563ce\">12.5 Deposits and Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-880942ee\">Deposits for customized orders may become non-refundable once we begin design work, tooling, material procurement, packaging production, printing, sampling, or manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a55d0d4e\">If a customer cancels a customized order after work has begun, the customer remains responsible for work completed, materials purchased, third-party commitments, tooling expenses, and other reasonable costs incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-7691afe1\">12.6 Customer Logos and Designs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9938713f\">When a customer provides a logo, trademark, design, packaging, photograph, technical document, or other material, the customer represents that it has the right to use and authorize us to reproduce that material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2e7c4910\">The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer, including trademark, copyright, patent, design-right, or unfair-competition claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-4fa26d68\">13. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-441f28c0\">Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges may be shown during checkout or provided in a quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c5bd6961\">Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a specific delivery date in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-49f6a982\">Delivery may be affected by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customs procedures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier delays;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flight or vessel schedules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weather;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public holidays;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security inspections;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote-area delivery conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import restrictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect customer information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Component shortages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government actions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events beyond our reasonable control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1cd23ec1\">We may use different carriers, shipping routes, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-266ac5e9\">We may split an order into multiple shipments where reasonably necessary. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will not be charged additional base shipping fees solely because we chose to split the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c862b68a\">Promotional free shipping, where offered, applies only under the stated promotional conditions. It does not necessarily include import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, or return-shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f565d64c\">14. Delivery Address and Customs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ec6ee7fc\">You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, postal code, recipient name, tax number, and any information required for delivery or customs clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7fbbba7b\">We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-395dd8f3\">International customers are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirming that products may legally be imported;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtaining required import permits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paying applicable duties and taxes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing customs-clearance documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complying with local radio-frequency and product rules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding promptly to customs or carrier requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-12c9b96d\">Where a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, seized, destroyed, or returned because of the customer\u2019s failure to complete customs clearance, the customer may be responsible for shipping, return shipping, storage, customs, disposal, and related charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0d80a88c\">Any refund in such circumstances may be reduced by the reasonable costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-006d248d\">15. Risk of Loss and Title<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-66e16c64\">For Business Customer orders, risk of loss transfers according to the Incoterm or delivery term stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-423a1abf\">Where no delivery term is stated for a Business Customer order, risk of loss generally transfers when the products are handed to the first carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0fd10621\">For Consumer orders, risk transfers at the time required by the applicable consumer-protection law. Where required by law, risk will not transfer until the Consumer or the Consumer\u2019s designated recipient physically receives the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c1b4788d\">Ownership of products does not transfer until we have received full payment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-e9d42f46\">16. Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-11ddd05e\">You should inspect the package and products promptly after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5e6af296\">Before cutting, programming, pairing, installing, opening components, or modifying a remote, you should confirm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequency;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Button layout;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circuit-board details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chip type;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blade type;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ordered quantity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compatibility information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-87aaf93f\">If a shipment appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly and provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the issue;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the outer packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the shipping label;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs or video of the product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity affected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other reasonably requested evidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8a77e8bc\">Do not discard the packaging, shipping label, or affected product until the claim has been reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-e5dcb303\">17. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c4ae2166\">Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3ac0f532\">Unless a different period is stated in the applicable product page, quotation, or mandatory law, a return request should generally be submitted within <strong>30 calendar days after the carrier records the order as delivered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-bd37aa0a\">A return must be authorized before the product is sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-bbffd600\">Returned products should generally be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unprogrammed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncut;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unmodified;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In resalable condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned with original accessories and packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b7cae7d0\">Subject to applicable law, the following products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private-label products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products manufactured to customer specifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programmed or paired remote controls;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut or modified key blades;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged during installation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged by incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, water, impact, misuse, or modification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products missing components;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products returned without authorization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance products expressly identified as final sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a5dbd83f\">These exclusions do not limit your rights where a product is defective, materially different from the confirmed order, or otherwise protected by mandatory law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8d98154f\">Where a return results from the customer ordering an incorrect but accurately supplied product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and related costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6e8899c0\">Where we supplied an incorrect or verified defective product, we will provide an appropriate remedy under the applicable Return Policy and law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-be1d581b\">Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-15d566f8\">Original shipping fees, import duties, taxes, programming fees, locksmith fees, diagnostic fees, installation fees, and third-party service charges are not refundable unless expressly agreed or required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2e48c69b\">Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch where operationally possible.
